Flicks: Gingerdead Man vs Evil Bong (2013)

Two underground horror baddies find out that cookies and weed are a diabolical combination!

Two latter day movie monsters clash in film that is completely filmed in Troma-vision but is in fact a Charles Band Full Moon Entertainment picture... complete with Asian rastas.

Monster #1: The Gingerdead Man - a Child's Play type of villain with serial killer Millard Findlemeyer's soul - originally played by Gary "Frickin" Busey. He first appeared in a short called The Baker's Dozen by Jethro Rothe-Kushel. This was made into a feature in 2005 by Full Moon.

Millard Findlemeyer, still a tasty but homicidal graham cracker, goes about looking for more victims in the next two sequels to follow including: Gingerdead Man 2: Passion of the Crust (2008) and Gingerdead Man 3: Saturday Night Cleaver (2011).


Bro-o-o-h, this cookie is like... totally killer!

Evil Bong (2006), Monster #2, began in life as a Tommy Chong vehicle. This production happened just after his time in Taft Federal Prison from 2003 and a fine of $103,000 for selling bongs and paraphernalia in US vs Chong. The description for this films is: "a old giant bong proves to have strange magical powers. When smoked, said bong sends a person to a bizarre drugged-out alternate realm from which there is no easy escape."

In Chong's case that "alternate realm" was a nine month sentence bunking with the "Wolf Of Wall Street" Jordan Belfort.

The Evil Bong, a wise-cracking water bong that kind of sounds like Frankie Lymon, starred in two sequels after the original: Evil Bong II: King Bong (2009) and Evil Bong 3-D: The Wrath of Bong (2011).

This film, combining the two absurd "monsters" is much more watchable that the truly terrible Puppetmaster vs Demonic Toys (2004) or the other six films from the individual franchise. A great watch for Troma fans.

Flicks: Wyrmwood (2014)

A masterfully paced adventure in an Aussie landscape of burrowing ghouls and brutalized survivors.

A gutsy independent horror film has just wrapped principle photography on September 12th in Sydney and New South Wales in Australia. The film is Wyrmwood from brothers Kiah and Tristan Roache-Turner. It's set to make it's first appearance in South Korea on October 3rd at the Busan Film Fest. Afterward, it will be available for US and UK audiences.

This film, from the extended clips that have been made available, looks very interesting. Your ol' pal The Sleaze-A-Saurus is waiting with baited breath until this film reaches domestic markets. It's got great pacing. There's a grit and realism in the film that seems to escape big budget films that have cashed on the zombie genre. I would go so far as to put it near the brilliant Zone 261 (2014) in terms of realism and tension.

This film received an additional $11,000 in crowd-funded support from fans in March that allowed Kiah and Tristan to add some interesting post-production effects such as toxic fumes exhaled by the creatures, CG gore and punched up sound effects. Here's the pitch video from Indie Go Go.


Two zombies artfully explain why the Internet is going to give them 10 grand to finish their film.

The official description is this: In the aftermath of a comet breaking up over the Earth, most of the planet’s population quickly succumb to a strange disease which turns them into "zombies". Few survive, and those who do quickly discover all existing fuel sources have been rendered unusable by the plague.





Trapped in a wilderness filled with living dead, unable to travel to any safer location, survivors have little to live for. One of those survivors, family man Barry (Jay Gallagher) has lost everything except his sister Brooke. But even as the disaster unfolds, Brooke is kidnapped by a gang of paramilitary thugs and dragged off to a horrific medical lab run by a psychotic "doctor" who is performing a series of deranged experiments on plague survivors.

Flicks: Evil Toons (1992)

A self-fulfilling prophecy regarding David Carradine, Dick Miller and four porn starlets? My life is now complete.

Evil Toons (1992) is the perfect storm of early 90's pseudo-horror films. In the opening scene David Carradine re-enacts his own accidental suicide in 2009 by hanging himself. Then, our friend and yours Mr. Dick Miller (Bucket Of Blood, Gremlins) rents out the late Mr. Carradine's Hollywood mansion to four working porn starlets. Actual porn starlets, including the perfectly proportioned red-head Monique Gabrielle (Amazon Women On The Moon, Deathstalker), Barbara Dare (Adult Video News Best New Starlet Award winner), dark haired vixen Madison and Suzanne Agar. All of them, at the height of their careers, somehow decided to work on this R rated campy "horror" film!

This movie was written and directed by the prolific Fred Olen Ray. Ray has directed 133 titles and counting including: Bikini Chain Gang (2005), Thirteen Erotic Ghosts (2002), Invisible Mom (1996) and Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers (1988). Still working today, Ray just wrapped up post-production on two more films scheduled for a 2014 release. This movie is kind of a Cool World (1992) or Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988) starring a horny Tasmanian Devil and a tattered copy of Sam Raimi's Necronomicon that goes flopping around the mansion.

Despite this film, Monique Gabrielle retired from acting and married adult film director Tony Angove in 2003. Today, she lives in South Florida and runs a porno movie production company called Monique's Purrfect Productions. Madison has been nvolved with the tattoo industry since the early 1990s and now runs her own tattoo parlor called the Madison Tattoo Shoppe in North Hollywood, California.

Flicks: Horror High (1974)

Horror High has one killer chemistry curriculum. And their cram sessions are to die for.

Not to be confused with "Return To Horror High" (1987) actor George Clooney's first film role prior to joining the cast of the Roseanne Barr TV show or the comedy remake in 2005 - the original Horror High was part I Was A Teenage Werewolf (1957) and part Robert Louis Stevenson's Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Take out Micheal Landon and good writing and you have: Horror High (1976).

Horror High aka "Twisted Brain" foreshadows Harry Kaufman's The Toxic Avenger (1984) in many important ways such as: featuring a bullied nerd gets who super powers (like hairy forearms) and then runs murderously amok plus, just like many Troma features, this movie was made on a shoe-string budget but was able to engineer some gory and realistic practical effects such as face melting.


At Horror High, they know the sure fire cure for acne and unsightly blemishes - boric acid!

If you pick the DVD, courtesy of Code Red who re-released the film in 2005, you will be treated to various commentaries including an interview with Austin Stroker.

The film is notable for the appearance of Mr. Austin Stroker who was featured in John Carpenters's original Assault On Precinct 13 (1976) and as MacDonald, the inside Establishment man turned ape collaborator, in Battle For The Planet Of The Apes. He also played Jeff Allen in the animated series Return To Planet Of The Apes in 1975. Unlike the previous Apes series films this one depicted ape society as a technologically advanced society, complete with cars, movies and television!

Stroker has appeared in 50 films and counting including Sasha Cranes' gory, low budget slasher Machete Joe (2010)

Flicks: Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity (1987)

In space, no one can believe that zero "G" jugs are in fact a jiggling and undeniable reality.

The second Urban Classics feature film of this month is Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity (1987) a kooky take on intergalactic slavery seen through the paradigm of a 1980's sci-fi Star Wars rip-off. Fans of Kentucky Fried Movie (1977) or Roger Corman's Galaxy Of Terror (1981) will see these two classic movies inextricably merged into one super-mutant of a bad movie that was awful enough to end the career of it's director Mr. Ken Dixon.

Brinke Stevens (Sorority Girls In The Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama) co-stars with Cindy Beal and Elizabeth Kaitan (Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2) in this gem of of Kidnapped Females Taken by Alien Overlords (to do their awful bidding) genre movie. The terrible looking "alien" costumes (think Predator on a shoe string budget and no Stan Winston) and wannabe old school Cylons (Battlestar Galactica) are enough to stop any fair-minded viewer in his or her tracks!

The twist is that these bleach-and-tanned southern Californian bimbos (complete with Aerosmith/ZZ Top/Crocodile Dundee references) aren't having any of this slave girl action. They quickly club their guards over the heads with flimsy props and in even flimsier bikinis in order to make good their space escape.


1987 marks the year the line "Let's blow this popsicle stand" was used appropriately in a motion picture.

Things get even more referential when the two slave girls crash land on a nearby planet where they are hunted by friendly fellow named Zed (Don Scribner) a la The Most Dangerous Game (1932) which would be great - if this plot point had not been completely exhausted for four decades by the time it come into usage for this film.

You manlings may enjoy this film yet. The models, especially Kaitan, are in excellent physical shape. They make for enjoyable watching as they bounce, with all of help that 1980's contemporary plastic surgery can afford, hither and thither while being "chased" by a series of poor suckers in terrible costumes.

Flicks: Sorority Babes In The Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama (1988)

If Revenge Of The Nerds was spliced together with Leprechaun then the results would very much like this movie.

Brought to the film-going public by the short-lived Urban Classics distribution company^[1], who released 6 films in two years in 1987-1989, Sorority Babes In The Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama (1988) is notable as one of only two films in which legendary 1980s scream queens Linnea Quigley (Return of the Living Dead, Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers), Brinke Stevens (Slumber Party Massacre), and Michelle Bauer (Erotic Misadventures of the Invisible Man, Night of the Living Babes, Lust for Frankenstein) appear together. The other being the much less watchable Dr. Alien (1989).

Sorority Babes stars Linea Quigley who unveiled a picture perfect Hollywood boob job on the set of Return Of The Living Dead as punk rock tramp "Trash" in 1985. This one singular performance guaranteed her a long future in slashers and horror films. She went on to star in Nightmare On Elm Street Part IV (1988), Pumpkinhead II (1994), Corpses Are Forever (2003) along with 121 other roles and counting. It's also important to note that both Stevens and Bauer both are very actively working on films and television today.

The film is like Revenge Of The Nerds with a raging hard-on. Aside from Miss Quigley's bodacious rack the film is full of R rated nudity and but no gore what so ever. Quigley, as "Spider" the tough as nails proprietor of said Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama, unwittingly hosts a massacre for a series of boneheads and bimbos when a cursed bowling trophy awakens a terrible evil entity.

The evil entity in this case being talking shaved Gremlin affectionately dubbed "Uncle Impie" voiced by the writer and composer Michael Sonye (Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers, Breakfast of Aliens). "Uncle Impie" goes about granting the motley crew's wishes and then watches them go disastrously wrong.

Sorority Babes' director David DeCoteau is another horror movie legend who still makes horror films today including My Stepbrother Is a Vampire! (2013) and A Talking Pony? (2013) both of which are listed as in post-production currently.

Flicks: My Amityville Horror (2013)

Horror-doc about the infamous house in Amityville featuring a man who lived there during the incidents.

IFC/Sundance Now and director Eric Walter's My Amityville Horror (2013), while not making a large splash when it was originally announced in late December of 2012, crawled back out of it's grave on March 15th 2013 to arrive in selected theaters and Video-On-Demand (VOD) simultaneously.

This documentary, according to film producers Andrea Adams and John Blythe, is about the the actual Amityville house in Long Island, New York where poltergeists allegedly attacked the Lutz family in 1975. The documentary features Daniel Lutz who was 10 at the time of the infamous haunting.

Prior to Daniel and his family moving into the home, on November 13th 1974, the house at 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville, New York became a place that locals feared when 23-year-old Ronald DeFeo murdered his entire family under very mysterious circumstances.

In September 1977, it became a place the entire world feared when Jay Anson’s book “The Amityville Horror” was published (later adapted into the popular series of films), bringing the house international notoriety and instant entry into the occult history books. Not so much because of the DeFeo murders, but because it told the tale of what happened to the next family who lived there, one year after the massacre. The Lutz family.

My Amityville Horror's producer John Blythe goes on to say: "This house haunting inspired the best-selling novel and the entire film franchise. Seeing that this was an untold story about an already world renowned case, sparked my interest. Flicks: Chopping Mall (1986)

In the exciting, go-get-'em, futuristic world of 1986 America evil robots run amok!

My puny hu-mon translator has been very "stressed, Bro". He insists that his meager tasks are so much that he has not been able to keep up with transcribing my evil will onto the blog reading universe. Try exterminating the population of a large island nation, pathetic hu-mon! That is a difficult task, indeed.

Now, to the next frightful feature on the Sleaze Blender: Chopping Mall (1986) a classic nugget of consumer culture which takes place in the temple of capitalism - the North American shopping mall.

Roger Corman's daughter Julie Corman produces this American International picture, originally entitled Killbots. In it the World's Oldest Teenagers making time in a top of the line mall in idyllic Beverly Hills at the apex of the the 80's. Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator and From Beyond) and Kelli Maroney (Night Of The Comet) star beside Corman mascot Dick Miller (Gremlins, Premature Burial) who is playing "Walter Paisely" the same name of the character Miller played 30 years prior in 1959 in the lead role from Bucket Of Blood.

To sum up one hour and 20 minutes: this is a film with all too much shopping and not enough chopping.

For a Corman formula flick that usually relies on titillation in order to draw in an audience there are precious few tits. Whether this is a reflection of contemporary culture or censorship it's hard to say definitively. The "rampaging robots" which look suspiciously like over-sized remote controlled 4x4 trucks with the robot from Rocky II's head mounted on top of them - are armed with sleep darts and "lasers" for the purpose of preventing "teens" from indulging in sexual congress. Thankfully, the Killbots manage to exterminate nearly all of the sweaty hu-mon yuppoids before the titles roll.

A really awful film. Even for Corman. But it features actors from previous horror films in bit roles like Julian Burton, the poet from Bucket of Blood (1959), and Mary Woronov better known as Calamity Jane from Death Race 2000 (1975), Miss Evelyn Togar from The Ramones Rock 'N Roll High School (1979) and her role as a driver in Cannonball! (1976).

El Chupacabra is alive and well in the Arizona desert.

Director Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II, III and IV) erroneously finds himself included in a group of horror movie directors dubbed the "Splat Pack" film historian Alan Jones in Total Film magazine. The short list includes Rob Zombie, Robert Rodriguez, Eli Roth, Alexander Aja (Hills Have Eyes remake in 2006) and the writer and director of the original Saw, James Wan.

Yer ol pal The Sleaze-A-Saurus has dug quite deeply in attempting to unearth any current information on this movie due to the pathetic state of your hu-mon Internet which is proving most ... primitive - in this regard. The official site is shut down ahead of the projected released date - which is not exactly re-assuring. Slash Film suggests that Cinco De Mayo will possibly be released on May 5th 2013. IMDb, which is usually very useful when tracking films has two completely unrelated Cinco De Mayo films listed and one of them is also a horror movie that is slated to be released at the same date but with a completely different plot and crew.

It's very possible that this film is facing some obstacles, but, judging from the quality of the trailer, the gritty editing and well pace rock 'n roll scoring - it looks like it could be the film that really earns Bousman's name be mentioned in the same breath as the likes Rob Zombie and veteran indie horror film-maker Robert Rodriguez.

Holiday horror films have reached the end of their creative cycle (April Fool's Day, Silent Night Deadly Night, Black Christmas, Halloween). Cinco De Mayo director Bousman is also guilty of this tactic with Mother's Day starring Rebecca De Mornay released in 2010.

Flicks: Mimesis (2011)

Sid Haig and director Doug Schulze enthusiastically explore the modern horror movie genre.

Manlings. They live and die - and have no control between these two absolute certainties. Mimesis (2011) explores the certainty found in horror movies that provides the illusion of control over life and death. Horror movie fans know their classic films, such as George Romero's cultural epiphany, Night Of The Living Dead (1968), better than they know themselves, their own government institutions or ancient religious texts! It's true.

Why? Because it seems more relevant. Simple. And what could be more relevant than a movie that is an homage to, not a re-make of, Night Of The Living Dead?

Today, it is very usual to see a film using the exact structural framework of a classic like Night Of The Living Dead especially at a time when re-makes like Evil Dead and the latter Night Of The Living Dead sequels both sputter due to lack of interest in a Hollywood version of a cult classic devoid of imagination.

Mimesis starts out like Wes Craven's Scream movies, at a horror movie con (!), and quickly becomes a self-aware, full-color version of Night Of The Living Dead. Director Doug Schulze, who also co-wrote and funded the film, filmed Mimesis in and around Detroit, Michigan, which any resident of the US will tell you is a true land of the dead. Mimesis is very much a product of Michigan. Insane Clown Posse, based in Michigan, is featured on the soundtrack and the movie was released by the recently resurrected Anchor Bay (Evil Dead, Prom Night) who were originally based in Michigan before being bought out by Starz.

In an interview with Shock Till You Drop, Schulze remained clear about the influences that he had including The Last Man on Earth by Richard Matheson, which is actually a vampire film, and the tradition of people isolated in cabins or houses (Cabin Fever, Evil Dead).

Schulze's actors reprise the roles of Duane Jones (Allen Maldonado) and Barbara (Jana Thompson) along with horror movie vet Mr. Sid Haig (Spider Baby, House Of 1,000 Corpses) playing a horror film director making some extremely significant statements about the genre and entertainment in genral. The actors are forced into a game as doomed pawns re-creating a classic horror film where everyone is meant to die. Mimesis 2 in currently in post-production with a third movie planned.

The world's worst film studio brings you the world's worst super-hero. Make that second worst.

Troma has been a leader in entertainment since Mr. Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Hertz opened the doors in 1974 however it wasn't until Kaufman directed the original Toxic Avenger in 1984 did the studio become well-known and successful. The Toxic Avenger series broke Troma into the big-time of home entertainment and spawning three sequels, a comic book series, a a red-hot series of toys for kids and even an animated show on the FOX TV network.

Ready to re-apply his formula for success in the same way that Toxie became an unlikely hero, Kaufman wrote Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD (1990). The picture's unlikely premise is that a hard-nosed NYPD cop by day is a mystical crime-fighting Japanese clown by night. Er - uhhhm, what exactly could go wrong with that kind of concept?

Despite being the perfect soundtrack vehicle for The Vapors "I Think I'm Turning Japanese" yet appropriately enough, this film was never widely released into the market and 6 years later Tromeo and Juliet (1996) signaled that Troma's golden age, largely surrounding Toxic Avenger sequels, was nearly over.

On April 7th 2010, Kaufman confirmed that a PG-13 remake of The Toxic Avenger was in development but nothing more has been made available. Another 1980's Troma classic, Mother's Day was remade and was directed by Darren Lynn Bousman and produced by Brett Ratner (Cinco De Mayo). Kaufman also said that he is also negotiating a deal for remakes of Poultrygeist and Class of Nuke 'Em High.

Lastly, please note that Troma holds the annual Tromadance Festival in Park City, Utah in January at the same time as the Sundance Festival to accentuate their true independence from the mainstream.

Flicks: Manborg (2011)

Any movie that spoofs Robo Cop and features a character called Dr. Draculon has to watched.

Manborg. Part man, part machine - and mostly terrible special effects. But "terrible" a very entertaining and Troma-esque way that makes for an incredibly entertaining horror film watching experience. Manborg was directed by Steven Kostanski (Lazer Ghosts 2: Return to Laser Cove), who, according to his IMDb entry is currently a creature effects artists in Guillermo Del Toro's upcoming Pacific Rim (2013) and has worked on two Silent Hill movies as a make-up artist.

His film, Manborg, is a tribute to the narrow clarity of culture seen in 1980's American action movies where the good guy was waving an American flag in one hand and blazing automatic gun-fire with the other. Manborg also makes use of 1990's era special effects on a shoe-string budget.

In some ways, Manborg is an unintentional masterpiece. It's an homage to movies like Robocop, Tron, Stuart Gordon's Robot Jox (1989), Clive Barker's Rawhead Rex (1986) with an unlikely dose of Mortal Kombat arcade art direction and graphics to really confuse the viewer into believing that this is a move that should, at times, be taken seriously.

Manborg screened at Calgary International Film Festival, Action Fest,Sci-Fi London Festival, and won "Best Feature" (the movie is only 60 minutes) at the Boston Underground in 2012.

Flicks: Let's Scare Jessica To Death (1971)

The cursed New England countryside becomes an ideal setting for crumbling sanity and roaming phantoms.

What bleak terrors could move the human heart in such a way as to declare a picture "The Scariest Movie Ever Made"? In 2006, the Chicago Film Critics Association, racked by the horror of a little known early 70's psychodrama, pronounced Let's Scare Jessica to Death (1987) the 87th scariest film ever made.

At the top of the list, A #1, Hitchcock's Psycho (1960), followed closely by The Exorcist (1973) from William Friedkin at second place and the creeping, remorseless terror of the original Halloween (1978) by John Carpenter at the number three spot for "Scariest of All-Time".

Interestingly enough, The Blair Witch Project (1999) made the number twelve spot while the truly psychotic and original Peeping Tom (1960) only made it to number fifty-seven.

In Let's Scare Jessica To Death, a psychologically fragile woman with a wispy Waspy frame and her husband and freaknik friends find themselves in the secluded and haunted Connecticut country-side. While taking a vacation from the hustle and bustle of New York City and the strain of a six-month stay in a mental hosptial, Jessica (Zohra Lambert), begins to encounter what she believes are the restless spirits of the long dead Bishop family.

The whole vacation area and the town folk that persist there are all apparently cursed and isolated making Jessica's quickly unraveling sanity even more threadbare.

The Zombie Apocalypse just got "real". As in real, real weird.

News for this upcoming film is extremely hard to find. But, this is no obstacle for your Ol Pal The Sleaze-A-Saurus. According to an article posted at IMDb, The Mulbury Project is a independent horror/sci-fi project that comes from the co-writers of Hitman Absolution, Micheal B. Jackson and Martin Brennan and their production company 23 Ten.

This film is directed by Irish film-maker Richie Smyth whose commercial work for Denver, Colorado based Futuristic Films has won both critical and commercial international awards for his stunning use of realism and social consciousness. Smyth has also directed two videos for U2, The Verve and The Corrs.

Smyth's first short film, a short and grisly black comedy called Hood Felt Hate (2005) premiered at the Galway Film Fest and went on to screen in Cork, London, and other festivals around the world. Slice (2007) was his first feature screenplay set in Ireland. Neither of these films are listed to his credit at IMDb.

The Mulbury Project has yet to announce a release date, a production schedule or a IMDb listing. More when there is more, people.

Flicks: Spiders 3D (2013)

Giant space spiders, the universe's biggest threat to mankind OR misunderstood arthropod? Think about it.

Spiders 3D (2013) stars Patrick Muldoon, a dead-ringer for A-lister Jason Patric (Sleepers, Rush), in his return to another Tibor Takács (I, Madman, Mega Snake) sci-fi horror film. Muldoon previously worked with Takács in the bone-chilling Ice Spiders (2007). This new spiders film features a much larger effects budget with some very impressive CG spiders. animated by an army of very talented visual effects artists including Ryan Markley (Expendables and the new Conan) plus lead SFX artists Orlin Budinov, Ivo Jivkov and Georgie Karadjov.

The delectable Christa Campbell co-stars in the film. Campbell made a ridiculous amount of Erotic Confessions episodes for Cinemax in the late 1990's and ended up breaking out of simul-sex/softcore by portraying a young Bettie Page in an episode of The E! True Hollywood Story. After that she began picking up roles in horror films like Friday The 13th 2+3 director Steve Miner's remake of Romero's Day Of The Dead (2008).

This film is flying under the radar in terms of a "direct-to-video" release. According to the movie's Facebook it is set to be released on Direct TV and Comcast this Friday February 8th 2013. According to the same page Spiders 3D also has a TBA theatrical release. Details are a little sketchy, however, Amazon has a DVD release of this film set for March 12th 2013.

"Born misfits" versus Johnny Law in the mid-70's biker epic: Northville Cemetery Massacre!

Of all the nations on the pathetic blue sphere called Earth, there is only one nation of manlings that the Sleaze-A-Saurus begrudgingly respects. That nation, one which never pauses long enough to assess it's own rabid behavior in order to properly clean the gore from it's own blood-soaked foreclaws, is called The United States.

A loose conglomerations of individual states, the U.S. is brought together by it's mutual admiration of lethal weaponry and corrupt business practices. The states are steeped in a culture of suicidal blunders, homicidal rage and the ever-presence of murderous technology. Technology that is readily available even to it's smallest younglings. America is indeed the Great.

No movie captures a nationalized frenzied bloodlust exhibited by an entire country better than Northville Cemetery Massacre (1976) co-directed by William Dear in his directorial debut.

Strangely enough, this movie did not end Mr. Dear's film career. In fact, it launched him into an almost 30 year run of feature film direction. This long list includes made for TV movies Garry Shandling: Alone in Vegas (1984) and Journey To The Center Of The Earth (1993), feature film Angels In The Outfield (1994), directing Emmy winning nature documentarian Marty Stouffer's sons in Wild America (1997), Mr. Troop Mom (2009) with George Lopez and the upcoming Midnight Rider (2013) written by Marty Stoufer.
